Critique Partner, aka my CP Pal
I welcome friends and love networking, but regarding a CP Pal, I'm serious.
I'm looking for one, or two, CP Pal(s) - a good friend who can and will inspire, give, take, push, pull, celebrate, and mourn with me from here to eternity. Qualities I'm looking for in my CP Pal(s) are accountability, devotion/loyalty, and mid-range experience with writing. Although these will affect our relationship, they aren't important to starting our relationship: age, gender, ethnicity, location, genre, publications.
I want and need a CP Pal who will be -
- as serious about doing this and getting published as I am.
- with me for the next 100 years.
- fearless & adventurous, but not careless or reckless.
- willing to give and take positive constructive criticism.
- honest and loyal, funny and open, friendly and motivational.
- in contact at least once each week, even if it's just to connect.
- be my bud for as long as we both shall live!
If I haven't scared you off yet, let's see if we click!

Going through all the members to find one or two compatible CPs is hard, isn't it? I noticed you say you're serious and looking for a long-haul type writing relationship. That's me s well. I have a list of what I'm looking for on my page - perhaps we could talk?

I'd love to talk more about becoming, as you put it CP Pals ... Currently I am slugging my way through edits and I absolutely cannot wait to put this little baby to bed. But I have an idea of where I am going next. What are you working on? Also ... if you're still interested, what's your preferred method of communication? Continue through this site (comments, or we could create a forum) or email?
