What is your current project?

A science fiction novel based on Mars in the year 2210. Mars was supposed to be a launching point for a ship that would carry humans to an Earth like planet in another star system. However, the people of Earth abandoned the organizations who went there due to a large scale war. The businesses that remained on Mars turned to war themselves in order to survive. The main characters is 18yrs, so probably this is YA, although I think any age would enjoy it.

What stage is your current project in?

The novel is basically done, and I'm in the editing process. It's still rough in certain sections.

On and off for 25 years.

What do you feel is your greatest strength as a writer?

Probably dialogue and plotting.

What do you feel is your greatest weakness as a writer?

Certain kinds of description and pacing.

Do you have any specialized knowledge in some field?

I won an honorable mention from Writer's Digest. I do have some non-fiction articles published and some fiction in non-paying markets. I work with computers, internet, web-design. I really would like a crit-partner who has finished a novel. Doesn't matter if it's published or not.
